About Us
We hard-code compliance into the process
AINovva was founded to solve a problem every growing company faces: the best practices, decision-making logic, and compliance procedures that make your team effective live in outdated documents and in people's heads – creating risk when execution depends on memory rather than systems.
We believe institutional knowledge is too valuable – and compliance too critical – to remain undocumented and unenforced.
By automating this knowledge, we help teams work more efficiently, systematically reduce compliance risk, and onboard new hires to execute correctly from day one.
Our Approach
We don't build generic AI tools that guess what you need. We build purpose-built systems that encode YOUR decision-making and compliance requirements, then enforce them automatically across your workflows.
When compliance is hard-wired into execution, violations don't happen. When expertise is encoded, new hires don't need long onboarding processes.
Privacy-first by design. Your processes and data stay under your control. We don't feed your competitive advantages or compliance procedures into someone else's AI models.
Purpose-built, not repurposed. We use specialized models designed for decision-making tasks – qualification scoring, priority ranking, escalation detection, compliance routing – not general-purpose AI prompted to sort-of do those things.
Our Founder
AINovva was founded by Luisa Herrmann, who spent a decade scaling AI/ML companies from Series A to IPO and knows firsthand how institutional knowledge becomes a bottleneck as teams grow.
Before founding AINovva, Luisa:
-
Led product at companies like ZoomInfo (IPO, $13B valuation), Validity, and AI-focused startups
-
Built privacy-preserving machine learning systems using encrypted computation
-
Helped manufacturing, NLP, and data companies deploy AI before "AI-powered" became marketing noise
-
Watched high-performing teams create compliance risk and burn hours daily because critical procedures lived only in people's heads instead of being systematically enforced
AINovva exists because compliance shouldn't depend on people remembering procedures under pressure, and expertise shouldn't depend on who you ask.
